Facts about three-banded armadillos learned[]

  • Three-banded armadillos have strong shells to protect them, not wings like birds.
  • Three-banded armadillos can dig because they have sharp claws. They cannot swing from trees like monkeys.
  • Three-banded armadillos are afraid of maned wolves, not tree frogs, especially red-eyed ones.
  • Three-banded armadillos hide from scary animals (such as the maned wolves mentioned above) by rolling into balls, not rolling pins.

Animal Puzzles with Questions[]

  1. Does a three-banded armadillo have a shell or wings?
  2. Does a three-banded armadillo swing from trees or dig?
  3. Is a three-banded armadillo afraid of a tree frog or a maned wolf?
  4. To hide from scary animals, does a three-banded armadillo roll into a ball or does it roll into a rolling pin?

Note: The item in bold is the correct one.

  • Bicycle (referred to as "bike")
  • Hammer
  • Rope

Releases[]

This episode can be found on the DVD titles Ready, Set, Go! and All Star Sports Day.

Trivia[]

  • Rescue Pack doesn't say "bicycle," he instead calls it a "bike."
    • This is mainly because "bike" is a simpler name than "bicycle."
  • This episode premiered the same day as the Jack's Big Music Show episode The Music Genie.
  • The Al Rescate/Una Adventura song is replaced by the new song, "Win the Race" and it was sung twice.
  • During the animal end song, Diego doesn't say "Excelente," he instead says "Yay!".
  • Click, Baby Jaguar, and the Bobo Brothers don't appear in this episode.
    • However, Armadillo takes Baby Jaguar's place as Diego's assistant.
  • This is the first episode where the fourth wall was broken. Alicia handed the viewer a blue ribbon just like in many episodes in Dora the Explorer where a character hands something to the viewer.
  • This episode was the first episode to appear on a Nickelodeon compilation DVD, being All Star Sports Day!. It can also be found in the DVD Ready, Set, Go!.
  • This could be Diego's version of We're a Team!, although while it first released in the namesake VHS and DVD in August 2006, it did not premiere until two years later in August 2008 (both involves teams and racing).
  • Diego's animation before the Rescue Pack segment is recycled from Rescue of the Red-Eyed Tree Frogs!.
  • This is the first episode of Go, Diego, Go! to be produced after the production of Dora's Dance to the Rescue from the main show was finished.

Goofs/Errors[]

  • Although Click did not appear in the episode, she is listed in the end credits anyway.
