Noggin is a children's TV program that ran from February 2, 1999 to September 28, 2009 when it was renamed the Nick Jr. Channel 5 and a half years later, it returned as an app in March 2015. Dora the Explorer aired reruns on this channel on April 7, 2003 when Moose and Zee debuted. It is also a part of Nick Jr. on Noggin.
