La Receta Especial (literally The Special Recipe) is a special cornflower growing potion that has been passed down in Naiya's family. It has the power to help cornflowers grow and can restore dying cornflowers into healthy cornflowers. It was first introduced in the Dora and Friends: Into the City! episode, Community Garden.
Recipe
In the episode Community Garden, the recipe for the potion is revealed to consist of three ingredients:
- Bee's Honey
- A butterfly cocoon
- Nectar from Humming Bird cornFlowers

- In Dora's Rainforest Reunion, Dora brings a gift box containing a bottle of La Receta Especial from Naiya to give to Dora's friend Isa, a fellow gardener.
