Trivia[]
- This is the first DVD to feature Dora's 2008-2012 artwork on the box-art.
- The Nick Jr. Frogs ID Bumper from 2003-2008 will no longer be featured from now on.
- The first and last episode are first released in this DVD before the premiere.
- In international releases, Doctor Dora and Whose Birthday is It? replace Dora's Jack-in-the-Box and Bark, Bark to Play Park, respectively as bonus episodes. It's pretty interesting, considering these episodes never had a release on DVD in the US.
- And speaking of Whose Birthday is It?, it actually opens with the classic Season 1-2 opening instead of the new Season 3-4 opening.
- This is the first DVD to have Season 5 episodes.
- And also, the next 2 episodes of this DVD are the first 2 episodes in production order after Dora Saves the Mermaids.
- The DVD version of Dora Saves the Snow Princess opens with its own opening sequence. On later TV airings, It would later be replaced with a variation of the opening from Dora Saves the Crystal Kingdom.
- This is the last Dora The Explorer DVD to have artwork on the disc.
- In Japan, this DVD’s bonus episodes were given to World Adventure replacing Journey to the Purple Planet and The Golden Explorers of that DVD. Therefore The Shy Rainbow and Baseball Boots replace them respectively.
- This is the seventh DVD (and second in a row) where Swiper did not swipe even once.
