[This episode of Pre-Season 7 begins at Dora's bedroom for a sleepover as the sequel series' take on the spin-off show's episode To Babysit a Bobo; long after this princess rescue mission in production order...] Hi, guys! What's up?!
"Boots is over at my house for a sleepover!" she explained.
Dora has a question: "Do YOU like sleepovers?"
Go ahead, TELL them!
Well, they SURE do! "We LOVE
sleepovers!" they said.
Boots with his blankie and Cuddly Dinosaur.
Dora with her Osito.
Dora has a question: "Do YOU have a favorite stuffed animal?"
So, do you?
(If you DO have one, you can share your thoughts to THIS!) She asks, "What is it?"
Tell her ABOUT it!
Boots thought it was fun for this time, "Ooh!
I bet it's great
for sleepovers!"
Boots is excited for a sleepover with Dora!
Until they hear that someone is in trouble and needs some help.
"Oh, man! OH, MAN!! HELP!!!!" yelled a voice from outside. WHO said THAT?!
Apparently, Boots knows who he is.
"Someone's calling out for help, Dora!"
"Yeah, Boots, it sounds like Swiper." she said. (That poor sneaky fox is in trouble again! Now we must help him like we did in our dancing flashback story adventure!)
"¡Vamos!"
Let's see what happens to him!
"Oh, man! OH, MAN!! HELP!!!!" Swiper yelled as Dora and Boots ran outside.
If you see Swiper, say "Swiper".
Tell them!
Swiper, there he is!
Swiper chases the wagon.
"Ooh!" Swiper hurled.
Here comes a red wagon.
Boots catches it.
But why did it roll down a hill?
Let’s see if Swiper's all right or not.
Dora asks him if he’s okay. "Are you okay, Swiper?!" she asked. (What's wrong, my frenemy? What's the mission and the crisis of this trip?)
He was glad that he has someone to help for a frenemy. "Dora!
Boots!
I'm so glad you’re here!" he said.
(sighs)
"You're NEVER gonna BELIEVE it!" said Swiper.
He explains his story of what happened. "I was on top of Blueberry Hill,
getting ready to go to a sleepover
at my grandma's house!" he explained.
"I was using my new Super Swiper Spin to pack all my favorite things!" he said.
What did he swipe first?
"First
all of my pajamas,
'cause I could never decide which one I liked the best."
So he packs his jammies in his trunk.
And he puts the pajama trunk in his wagon.
Now what's he swiping next?
"Then, my favorite
puppy book."
"And my
very special
Funny Bunny!"
"I couldn't wait to get to Grandma's sleepover!"
His grandma always likes to make him his favorite strawberry pie.
"She always bakes me my favorite strawberry pie!" Swiper said about his grandma.
He puts on his pajamas (jammies) eating pie while his grandma reads him his favorite book.
"So we can curl up in our jammies eating pie as she reads me my favorite book."
"But when I was ready to go…" he continued recalling, when...
What started out his fun with joy, has turned out to be a disaster!
He then tries to catch his wagon.
Swiper goes downhill.
And after he finishes his story...
"Oh,
maaan!" moaned Swiper.
('Oh, man' is right! Because he is doomed and desperate for a windy season!)
"HOW am I supposed to find
my favorite things NOW?!"
"I CAN'T go to Grandma's House
without my
favorite things!"
"And I really, REALLY
wanna go to my grandma's house!"
(NOTE: This image is edited.)
Dora came to comfort him for their rivalry.
"Aw, Swiper." Dora felt bad for him.
"No te preocupes. We can help you find them."
"REALLY?!" Swiper asked.
(NOTE: This is a low-quality screenshot.)
"¡Claro que sí!" ("Of course!")
"Yeah, yeah!" Boots agreed.
"But, Dora,
how are we gonna find everything?" asked Swiper.
Or rather that,... "WHO do we ask for help when we don't know which way to go?"
(WHO?!)
"The Map!" said Boots.
"The Map, right!" Dora said.
Let's check the Map for where Swiper's favorite things are. You have to say "Map!".
There he is, say it!
Say "Map", say "Map"!
(MAP!)
There he goes! SPRIIIIIIIIIING!
Let's see what he says…
[Here it is.]
Here's Map! He's ready for work! "Ooh, Dora and Boots need to help Swiper find his
VERY favorite things!
He needs them for his grandma's sleepover." he said.
"Well, know where they are." Listen carefully…
"First, you'll find the pajamas at Crocodile Lake!"
"Then, you'll find the puppy book at the Tangled Forest!"
"And his Funny Bunny's at Strawberry Hill!"
So remember: Lake, Forest, Strawberry Hill!
So you tell Dora: first, you go to the lake!
Hello again, Dora!
Where do we go first? The lake, ¡correcto! Crocodile Lake!
Which colored path leads to Crocodile Lake? Blue or yellow?
"I can't wait to find my favorite things and get to Grandma's House on Strawberry Hill!"
Swiper suggested to Dora and Boots that he'll use this Super Swiper Spin to get stuff much to their dismay, but they said that they can help if he doesn't swipe too much.
Boots felt nervous of a warning, "Uh,... Swiper?"
"Swiper, we'll help you find all of YOUR favorite things.
But you HAVE to promise that you won't swipe anybody else's things." (She's right, you know. If we're going to focus on the mission of recovering them for the sleepover of your grandma's house, we HAVE to work together! Truce?)
"Ohh, okay." said Swiper.
"I
PROMISED!" he vows to keep his word.
"Yay,
Swiper!" cheered Boots.
The big, big wind
blew everybody's
things
away!
And blew them way from here
to Strawberry Hill!
Swiper's come along
to help our friends!
But Swiper,
keep your promise not to swipe!
I WILL!
Benny's hopping everywhere,
it seems he lost his shoe!
Let's try and help him find it now,
do you see where it flew?
Yeah,
over there!
Oh, no! Swiper's trying to swipe it!
Let's help him keep his promise!
Say,
"Swiper, you promised!"
Swiper, you promised!
"Oh, yeah!"
"Sorry!" he said.
I see our friend, Señor Tucán,
he's ALSO out of luck!
Let's help him find his favorite toy!
Where is his truck?
Right!
There it is!
Oh, no! Swiper's swiping AGAIN!
Let's help him keep his promise!
Say,
"Swiper, you promised!"
Swiper,
you promised!
"Oops!" he said.
"Okay, Dora." he confessed to Dora and Señor Tucán.
"NO swiping.
I promised!" he said.
"Come on! Come on!
I see the lake!" Swiper said.
"I have to find my pajamas
before the crocodiles get them!"
Let's go!
¡Vámos!
We made it to Crocodile lake!
"And THERE's my trunk!" Swiper spotted.
The open trunk has most of the pajamas!
Uh-oh! They're not all here!
"Oh, man!" said Swiper.
"I need to get the rest of my pajamas from that lake!"
Don't worry, Swiper. We'll help you!
Dora greets a raft. "Hola, Balsa. ("Hello, Balsa.)
Nos puedes llevar, ¿por favor?" (Can you take us, please?")
"Sí, sí, ¡claro!" she said. ("Yes, yes, of course!")
There's a raft.
Lifejackets! So we can be safe!
"¿Dónde están las pijamas?" ("Where are the pajamas?") asked Balsa the Raft.
We need to tell the raft where the pajamas are!
Do you see pajamas?
Go get that pajama, Swiper!
He tries to pull the pajama. Pull, pull, pull!
"Hey! It's stuck!"
"I don't think that's just a pajama!"
Is that…?! Uh-oh.
"A crocodile!" ¡Un cocodrilo!
"Whoa, whoa, WHOA!"
"THE CROCODILES ARE COMING!" (Oh, no. Swiper, quick grab your oar! Can't your friends understand?! The crocodiles always hate you due to the Herpetophobia! Every sailor knows of their fear!! Row the raft faster before it's too late!!!)
Quick!
We need your help
to paddle away from the crocodiles!
"Put your hands out in front of you," Dora instructs the viewer.
"Grab the paddle like this,
and…
super paddle!"
Super paddle!
Super paddle!
Super paddle!
Super paddle!
SUPER PADDLE!!!
They made it!
"YAY!
We made it across
Crocodile Lake!" cheered Boots.
"¡Gracias por ayudarnos!" ("Thanks for helping us!")
"Yeah, thanks for helping me find my pajamas!"
"And paddling with us
super fast!"
(Boots laughs)
"Super-DUPER fast!"
Huh? Why is the Fiesta Trio sad?
Uh-oh!
(Fiesta Trio doing the fanfare using their mouths)
The Fiesta Trio are very sad.
Boots notices that they lost the instruments.
Maybe the wind blew them away too.
"Yeah,
they're gone!" said the snail.
"¡Sí,
no están!" ("Yes, they're not here!") said the grasshopper.
"They should be around here!" the frog added.
"Don't worry, guys!" Swiper reminded to them.
"I'll keep an eye
out for them!"
"Where do we go next, Dora?" Swiper asked instead of Boots just like in their World Adventure.
We made it across Crocodile Lake, check! So next is...? The forest, ¡correcto! The Tangled Forest!
Is the forest on the path that's amarillo o rojo? (yellow or red?)
The big, big wind
blew everybody's things
away!
And blew them way from here
to Strawberry Hill!
Swiper's come along
to help our friends!
But Swiper,
Keep your promise not to swipe!
I WILL!
Now Isa's looking for her pail,
but it's not on the ground!
We've got to help her find it!
So, WHERE can it be found?
Yeah, there it is!
Oh no!
Swiper's trying to swipe it!
Let's help him keep his promise!
Say,
"Swiper, you promised!"
Swiper,
you promised!
"Oh, right!"
(snickers)
He gives the pail to her. "Sorry, Isa."
Look, it's Tico, and he's sad
because he's empty-handed!
We've GOT to help him
find his horn!
Do YOU see where it landed?
Right! On the turtle!
Oh no!
Swiper's swiping AGAIN!
Let's help him keep his promise!
Say,
"Swiper, you promised!"
Swiper, you promised!
"Oh, man!" Swiper said positively.
"Here you go, Tico!"
Swiper giving the horn back to Tico
"Okay, Dora!
I'll keep my promise!" he confessed.
"NO swiping!"
"Come on!
Come on!" Swiper called.
"I see the forest!"
"Ooh, I need to find my Puppy Book!" Swiper insisted.
"¡Vamos!"
"Yay!
We made it to the Tangled Forest!"
"Wow!" gasped Swiper.
"Those trees SURE are
tangled!" (Look at Swiper crossing his arms!)
"And look at all
the stuff up there!"
"Yeah, yeah! My puppy book
must be in there somewhere…"
Do YOU see the puppy book?
¿Dónde está? (Where is it?)
"Sí, ¡allí está el libro!" ("Yes, there is the book!")
First, he spins to get it.
Then, he jumps doing so.
And he tries
shaking a tree
until he gives up.
"Oh, we can't get it
until these trees are
untangled!" said Swiper.
Boots asked her about this: "How ARE we going to untangle the trees, Dora?"
"¡Miren! (Look!)
The numbers are
all mixed up!"
"I bet if we put them
back in order,..."
"Then the trees will get
untangled!"
That's a great idea!
"But,
Ummm...
Dora?" Swiper said.
"I don't
know how to
put the
numbers
back in order!"
"No te preocupes, Swiper." ("Don't worry, Swiper.") (Maybe you can learn how to do the counting and sorting for the Math class in school.)
[See the puppy book (and the Fiesta Trio's instruments)?]
Hmm, let's stop and think.
If we count the trees, then we can put them back in order.
Where's the "3"?
Count again!
What should come after "4"?
Is that the "5"?
No!
THAT'S the "5"!
The "5" goes here, and the "6" goes last!
Now they're ALL in numbered order!
Swiper cheered with glee "My puppy book, my puppy book! I have it back!"
Yay! Swiper got his puppy book back!
And look! "We found them, we found them!" said the Fiesta Trio. (Frog)
"¡Aquí están!" ("They're here!") (Grashopper)
"YUPI!!! (YOOPPEE!!!)" (Snail)
"Here they are!" (Grasshopper)
YAY! The Fiesta Trio got their instruments back! They are so happy!
"Thanks for helping us find our instruments!" said the frog. Now they can play music again, let alone, their fanfare!
"And thanks for helping me
get my book back!" Swiper added.
(fanfare playing)
CRASH!
"YAY!
We made it past the tangled trees!" cheered Boots.
"Yeah, yeah!" said Swiper.
"Now I just need to find
my Funny Bunny!"
Where do we go next, Dora?
We made it across Crocodile Lake, check! And made it through the Tangled Forest, check! So next is...? Strawberry Hill, ¡muy bien! ¡LAS FRESAS!
Is Strawberry Hill on the path that's azul o rojo? (blue or red?)
"I couldn't have my sleepover
WITHOUT my Funny Bunny!" Swiper insisted.
"I just couldn't!
I COULDN'T!"
"Aw, Swiper.
We'll find it!"
And now to find that bunny!
The big, big wind blew
everybody's things
away!
And blew them
way from here to
to Strawberry Hill!
Swiper came along and
helped our friends!
And Swiper
kept his promise not to swipe!
I
DID!
We made it to Strawberry Hill!
"Look, there's my
grandma's house!"
"And there's my strawberry pie!"
"Ooh! It's gonna be a great sleepover!" an excited Swiper said.
But then he remembered something. "I just need to find my Funny Bunny!" he said.
"Hmm... I wonder where it is?"
Swiper needs help to find his Funny Bunny!
If YOU see Swiper's
Funny Bunny, say,
"Funny Bunny!"
You found Swiper's Funny Bunny! "FUNNY BUNNY! You found it!" they said.
Swiper found his Funny Bunny!
"Oh, I LOVE
my Funny Bunny!" said Swiper thanking the viewers.
"Thanks for finding it!"
"Now I'm
ALL ready
for my sleepo---"
What was THAT?!
Uh-oh...!
"OH, MAAAAN!" gasped Swiper.
"Look,
the wind's headed
right for my grandma's pie!"
"What do we do? WHAT DO WE DO?!" hollered Swiper.
"We need to be really fast to beat the wind, Swiper!" Dora said.
"REALLY, really fast!" added Boots.
"I know!" said Swiper getting an idea.
"I could use my...!"
"SUPER SWIPER SPIN!" Swiper and Dora said.
"Yeah, yeah!" added Swiper.
"Instead of using my Super Swiper Spin to swipe,
I'll use it to keep the wind away from my pie!"
Swiper's wagon is now full!
"Whoa,
that's a lot of wind!" said Swiper.
We need to help Swiper spin even faster!
Put your arms out like this and spin them around!
Help Swiper spin with Dora and Boots!
Swiper saving his grandma's strawberry pie. (It's working!)
